THE FIRST 24-HOUR MRT CALL CENTRE - TECHNOLOGY BEING USED TO MANAGE THE MRT PROJECT

Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) cordially invites a reporter and photographer from your organization to witness first hand the daily operations of THE FIRST 24-hour call centre in the construction industry in Malaysia.

This call centre will serve as an effective outlet for the public to address any queries and feedback on the MRT Project is managed by the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) , MMC- Gamuda. It has already been active since starting operation in May 2012, having received close to 2000 calls as of this month.
