CASH PRIZES UP FOR GRABS IN THE MALAYSIA AIRPORTS BEYOND BORDERS AWARDS 2009

Cash prizes of RM60,000 will be up for grabs in Malaysia Airports’ Beyond Borders Awards 2009, where Malaysia Airports will be giving away prizes for winners for three English language based competitions – Golden Pen Essay Writing Competition, Beyond Borders Interschool Competition and Act It Up Competition. There will also be other awards to honour best schools and best students that performed excellently in the Beyond Borders project. One of the objectives of Beyond Borders project is to further enhance English language proficiency and confidence in teaching and fun in learning English, Science and Mathematics.
Y.Bhg. Dato' Asariah Mior Shaharudin, Deputy Director General of Teacher Professional Development Sector, Ministry of Education and Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Aris Othman, Chairman Malaysia Airports will be attending this event.
