SousVide Supreme Malaysia is set to launch its sous vide cooking appliance for the first time in Malaysia. The appliance will be launched by Whitney Miller, winner of MasterChef USA Season 1, to introduce healthy cooking amongst Malaysians during her first visit to the country.
Sous vide, which means “under vacuum” in French, is a cooking method where food is cooked in a water bath at a precise temperature, and completely retains the natural flavours and nutrients of the food. SousVide Supreme is an easy to use device suitable for household or restaurant use.
