It is with great pleasure that we’re extending this press invitation for the coverage of the National Smart Communities Program – Industrial Energy Efficiency for Malaysian Private Sector3 which will be officiated by the YB Chief Minister of Melaka, Datuk Seri Ir. Hj. Idris bin Hj. Haron.
The program objective is to accelerate the greening of cities as engine for Industry Driven Economic Growth through Investment and Strategic Partnership in Green via the Promotion and Adoption of Energy Efficiency (EE) improvements in the Private sector.

Melaka Green Technology Corporation
The secretariat for Melaka Green Technology Council, Perbadanan Teknologi Hijau Melaka or Melaka Green Technology Corporation (MGTC), formerly known as Hang
Tuah Jaya Corporation, was established on October 1st, 2013. As the lead agency in the development of green technologies in Malacca, the main objective of MGTC is to implement green technologies and policies as prescribed by the Council of Green Technology Malaysia Melaka. The key functions of MGTC involve implementing green policies in the state, planning and monitoring state green technology development and enhancing businesses and investment in green technology in the state.
