INVITATION FOR MEDIA COVERAGE ON PARTICIPATION OF MALAYSIAN DELEGATION TO COMMONWEALTH HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MEETING 2015 (CHOGM), VALETTA, MALTA, 27-29 NOVEMBER 2015

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia is pleased to inform that YAB Deputy Prime Minister will lead the Malaysian delegation to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) that will be held in Malta from 27-29 November 2015.
In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs respectfully invites media representatives to cover the above-mentioned visit.
Interested media representatives are requested to fill in the matrix attached with this email, together with the Accreditation Letter by the Chief Editor/Executive of the media organisation. The original copy of the documents is to be brought along during the visit. Appended herewith is the 'Note for Media Arrangement’ for your reference.
The organisers also require media representatives to register via the online registration for international media. The link is as follow:

In terms of accommodation arrangement, kindly refer to CHOGM 2015 website for the list of hotels recommended by the organizer. The Malaysian delegation will be staying at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Valetta. Kindly inform us on your preferred hotel accommodation for us to assist with the booking. We would strongly recommend for media representatives to stay at the same hotel as the Malaysian delegation.
