MEDIA INVITATION: LAUNCH OF THE SAP DIGITAL EXPERIENCE REPORT RESULTS FOR MALAYSIA (TUESDAY, 26 JULY AT 10.45 AM)

At last month’s hugely successful World Economic Forum held in Kuala Lumpur, experts throughout the world praised the Malaysian Government for its Digital Malaysia vision to advance the country towards being a developed digital economy by 2020.
In this light, SAP has commissioned a study to dive in deeper into the reality of digital in Malaysia and how extremely well the country is currently doing to realise the Digital Malaysia vision.
Called the “SAP Digital Experience Report”, this study assesses the digital performance of real actual brand names here in Malaysia, and where they stand today with consumers, while also detailing which industries are most prepared for today’s digital economy.
In this light, we are pleased to invite members of the media for a media briefing on the findings with details being as follows:

- Relationship between the digital experience performance and the Net Promoter Score, an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others
