The Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) is pleased to invite you to the official launch of Kuala Lumpur International ADR Week (KLIAW) 2017 and the inauguration of the revised KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2017.
Set to take place at 9.00am on Monday, 15 May 2017, the launch will be officiated by YB Dato Sri Azalina Othman Said (Minister in Prime Minister’s Department).
This will be followed by the inauguration of the revised KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2017 by YB Dato Sri Azalina Othman Said (Minister in Prime Minister’s Department), H.E Professor Dr. Kennedy Gastorn (Secretary General, Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) and Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo (Director, KLRCA)

What
The Kuala Lumpur International ADR Week (KLIAW) 2017 will take place from 15 – 17 May 2017. Spanned across 3 days, the event will feature 65 local and international speakers from leading Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices. These practitioners will be addressing crucial ADR-related topics over 19 sessions throughout the event.
The event will also see the inauguration of the revised KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2017 which will further strengthen the KLRCA’s position as a multi-service dispute resolution service provider.
