HIGH IMPACT PROGRAMME 5 : MEDICAL DEVICE-CLOSED DOOR SESSION FOR TIER-1 COMPANIES

Under the SME Masterplan 2012-2020, the High Impact Programme 5 (HIP 5) : Catalyst Programme is designed to remove market barriers and provide targeted assistance to potential high growth firms to become home grown champions. As such, Medical Devices Initiative is placed under the HIP 5 umbrella aimed to cultivate and integrate high growth Malaysian SMEs into global medical devices supply chain. Under this programme, SMEs will be given assistance in the form of capacity and capability building as well as facilitation to penetrate into new market and linkages with major players in medical devices industry. The objective of HIP 5: Medical Devices Initiative is aimed at creating a minimum of ten (10) home grown champions in Medical Devices Industry through a targeted approach by building up the capability and capacity of participating companies through development programmes, provision of market intelligence and enhancement in market access to create high growth SMEs in accordance to the High Impact Programmes: Catalyst Programme of the SME Masterplan.
As such, SME Corp. Malaysia will be organising the High Impact Programme 5 (HIP 5) : Medical Device Initiative - Closed Door Session for Tier-1 Companies aiming at exposing and providing strategic platforms for these 10 companies to pitch their products and services to the invited Multinational Corporations (MNCs). This session will be graced by YB Datuk Ahmad Bin Maslan, Deputy Minister (Industry) of International Trade & Industry Malaysia (MITI) and a Meet & Greet Session with Medical Devices Initiative 10 Tier-1 Companies will also take place during the event.
