[MEDIA INVITE] GRAB REVEALS B365, (26TH OCTOBER, THURSDAY 2017)

It's not a rare sight to read comments on Facebook or hear grouses from drivers that Grab is being unfair. Lowering fares without thinking of their drivers, siding with passengers and punishing drivers, it seems that driving for Grab, brings with it a whole range of issues from financial to personal.
But has Grab really forgotten its roots and sidelining their drivers - the very foundation on which the business was built? Are initiatives like GrabChat, Heat Maps, Incentives, Grab Driver Centres, all a gimmick, while Grab ignores the real issue?
Surely, Grab cannot be the leading ride hailing service without the support of their drivers right? And while some drivers has explicitly expressed their concerns to you the media, it's only fair to hear Grab's thoughts on how they support the driver community.
We would like to invite members of the media to join Grab Malaysia's Country Head, Sean Goh, as he shares what Grab really has been doing to help better their service and support for drivers.
