It is with great pleasure that we are extending this media invitation to the Public Lecture on "Public Health, Private Medicine: Reflections on the Impact of the New Genetics" by Prof. Dr. Ismail Serageldin. The lecture will address the issues related to the emergence of new genetics that will have a different outcome on the treatment of public health and individual medicine. The speaker was an Egyptian scholar who was always invited to attend several health and medical conferences organised by academies such as the US National Academy of Science (NAS) and of Medicine (NAM), the Royal Society of the UK and the Chinese Academy of Science.
