YB DR ONG KIAN MING FLAGS-OFF 35 PROMINENT RETAIL AND F&B INDUSTRY LEADERS TO THE SILICON VALLEY UNDER PRODUCTIVITY NEXUS INITIATIVE TO INCREASE HUMAN CAPITAL PRODUCTIVITY BY 30%

Productivity Nexus is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership with the University of California, Berkeley through the Technology, Ecosystem and Culture (TEC) Immersion Programme that will be held on 6th September 2018 in Menara MITI, Kuala Lumpur. This cross-learning mission will include an experimental learning in the best practises ecosystem and productive culture in Silicon Valley, the birthplace of the techno-preneurship companies. The announcement will be given by Dato' Bruce Lim, Productivity Nexus Champion and will be graced by the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, YB Dr. Ong Kian Ming who will be sharing his encouragement and support for expansion of the industry and his hopes for the participants. The Director General of MPC, Dato' Mohd Razali Hussain will also be gracing the announcement witnessing MPC's first International Trade Mission.
In addition, the mission's objective is also to address current situation of local industry and turn them to create sustainable productive enterprises from Retail and F&B sectors. The 35 C-Level Executives selected to participate in this mission will be departing for the Silicon Valley with the hopes of increasing human capital productivity by 30%.
The official announcement will take place on 6th September 2018 (Thursday).
