MEDIA LAUNCH AND PRESS CONFERENCE WITH MINISTER OF ENTREPRENEUR AND DEVELOPMENT IN CONJUCTION WITH AXA #TAKE CONTROL SME CHALLENGE

AXA AFFIN General Insurance Berhad would like to invite member of the media to the launch of the inaugural AXA #TakeControl SME Challenge 2019.
Details of the event are as below:
Day/Date: Tuesday 9 July 2019
Time: 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm
Venue: SME Corporation Malaysia, Level 5, SME 1, Block B, Platinum Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
AXA #TakeControl SME Challenge 2019 aims to search for 3 aspirational SME entrepreneurs and empower them with the skills and start-up fund they need to implement their big idea and take their business to the next level.
The challenge welcomes all Malaysians SMEs to submit their business ideas via www.axasme.com, upon which 10 finalists will be shortlisted to undergo a structured business coaching. Out of the 10 finalists, top 3 participants with the best ideas will be selected as winners by a panel judges. Winners will each receive RM20,000 cash, RM3,000 worth of 1-year AXA SME insurance coverage, media coverage on Malaysia SME business newspaper worth RM59,000 and RM10,000 QU points on Qu-Exchange platform.
In conjunction with the launch of AXA #Take Control SME Challenge, AXA will also be organising the AXA SME Forum 2019: Take Control. The event will bring together over 350 SME owners, prominent panel of speakers and also business leaders from all across the board.
The event will be graced by the presence of Minister of Entrepreneur Development, YB Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof and CEO of SME Corporation Malaysia, Encik Noor Azmi Mat Said who will deliver the keynote address.
A press conference will follow right after the launch.
