CAPGEMINI OPENS FIRST RPA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN SOUTH EAST ASIA

As Malaysia enhances its readiness to meet the demands of Industry 4.0, businesses here are looking at ways to improve their readiness, efficiencies, automation and returns on investment at every level.
To assist Malaysian businesses, gain real-world experience in automated processes, Capgemini is announcing the opening of its Malaysian RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) to support and accelerate customer adoption of industry leader, Blue Prism's, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software. This CoE will be one of Capgemini's most capable of its kind in the region today and will support businesses looking to leverage RPA to grow and focus on employee satisfaction, efficiency of processes, and enhance their customer retention.
