ANNOUNCEMENT: TSUBURAYA PRODUCTIONS (BANDAI NAMCO HOLDINGS) PRESIDENT HOSTS FIRST MAJOR ULTRAMAN PRESS CONFERENCE IN MALAYSIA, REVEALING KEY PLANS & ACTIVITIES FOR SOUTHEAST ASIA

ULTRAMAN Series has been bringing heroes to the world for more than 50 years, since the first ULTRAMAN made its debut in July 1966. Today the international IP which originated from Japan is worth US$11.5 billion in global revenues, of which 90% of it is derived solely from licensing & merchandising in partnerships with many authorized retailers, manufacturers, publishers, distributors, etc.
As a result of a recent announcement and conclusion by the international courts, Tsuburaya Productions Co. Ltd. has won its bid to be the sole Intellectual Property (IP) owner of Ultraman, Masayuki Nagatake, President of Tsuburaya Productions Co. Ltd. will be making a visit to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to make a key statement about the good news of its win, and all upcoming plans and business cooperation with Malaysian and Southeast Asian partners. Tsuburaya welcomes and encourages local brands within the retail, manufacturer, publishing and many other industries to leverage and cooperate with Ultraman to enhance and increase business trade revenues for local and international markets across various consumer-related industries. With the President’s presence, he hopes to cooperate with the local & regional industry to help tap on the global retail & manufacturing of licensed products & services worth over USD 263 billion.
