ORCHID RUN & RIDE 2019 TO FLAG-OFF AT PERSIARAN KLCC

The fifth Orchid Run & Ride, organised by The Association of Wives and Women Staff of PETRONAS (PETRONITA), returns to Plaza PETRONAS, KLCC this Sunday. The sold-out event will see the participation of some 7,300 runners and cyclists combined, a record-breaking number for this series.
The event aims to raise funds for charitable causes and promote awareness on medical conditions affecting the community. Through this, the Orchid Run & Ride also encourages the public to be involved in charities as well as advocate a healthy and active lifestyle.
Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Motorsport driver, Valtteri Bottas will also be present to support the event. Orchid Run & Ride 2019 will once again be hosted by TV personality Daphne Iking and there will be a special performance by local rapper Aman RA.

7:05 am: Flag-Off 8KM Fun Ride by PETRONAS Executive Vice President & CEO of Gas & New Energy, Adif Zulkifli and Valtteri Bottas
7:15 am: Flag-Off 5KM Fun Run KLCC Property Holdings Berhad CEO, Datuk Hashim Wahir and PETRONAS Executive Vice President &. CEO of Gas & New Energy, Adif Zulkifli
8:15 am: Stage Performance by Drum Circle
9:15 am: Mock Cheque Presentation
9:30 am: Prize Giving Ceremony
9:45 am: Showtime by Aman RA
