  KUALA LUMPUR SUMMIT ON COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CHINA

On behalf of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), we are pleased to invite members of the media to attend the 2019 Kuala Lumpur Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, jointly organised by Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Centre (BAC/BIAC), and Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

BAC/BIAC has launched the Annual Review and Preview on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China and organised correlated annual roadshows in Europe and the UK over the past years. Stepping into 2019, this is the first year this summit is going to be held in Malaysia. This summit aims to strengthen the ties between dispute resolution communities in China and Asia Pacific. Distinguished international and domestic speakers will share their insights on the new trends and challenges in ADR in a wide range of fields including commercial arbitration, commercial mediation, construction, energy, investment, finance, intellectual property and entertainment.
