  CHINA-ASEAN LEGAL FORUM

On behalf of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), we are pleased to invite members of the media to the China-ASEAN Legal Forum. During the last few decades, China has been a key business partner in trade, investment, commerce and construction within ASEAN countries. With these cross-border commerce relationships, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms play a pivotal role when such disputes arise.

The China-ASEAN Legal Forum is a conference co-hosted by the AIAC and the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC), in cooperation with the ASEAN Law Association and the China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center. This forum will bring together distinguished dispute resolution professionals from legal industries with expertise in China related matters. The forum will shed light on current trends and developments within ADR in both China and ASEAN countries, and aims to strengthen the existing ties between various diverse dispute resolution communities.

Admission to all attendees is FREE. Details of the event are as follows:
