Kids for Kids, an initiative driven by Change Your World, is Malaysia’s first nation building program developed for kids towards the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations. Change Your World Sdn Bhd is a social enterprise founded by Kelvin and Cathryn Lim. The goal of Change Your World is to create social awareness among the youth of Malaysia, by focusing on matters that are important to them. Kids For Kids, which was launched on 12th September 2019 by YB Hannah Yeoh, is a two-month nation-building program that seeks to raise up a generation of Malaysian Kidpreneurs, caters to kids aged 9 to 12 years old.

The grand finals of Kids For Kids will be graced by YM Tunku Datuk Mu’tamir Tunku Tan Sri Mohamed, Royal Household of Negeri Sembilan (Royal Patron), while being officiated by Mr. Eddy Mazuaansyah Bin Mohd Ali Murad, Under Secretary of Environment & Climate Change – Pollution Control Division of the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change (MESTECC) (Guest of Honor) on behalf of the Minister, YB Yeo Bee Yin, which is to take place on 23rd November 2019 in the Palace of Golden Horses. The auspicious competition and gala awards will include a mix of public schools with international schools, as well as learning centers such as Sekolah Kebangsaan Kiaramas, Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Megah, Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan U3, Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Putra Perdana, Cempaka International School, Damansara, HELP International School, and Oasis International School.

Endorsed by the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change (MESTECC), this program was designed to address three of the most serious global challenges listed by the United Nations, which includes Inequality, Pollution and Child Exploitation. The program aims to facilitate social integration for kids in Malaysia and to create an entrepreneurial spirit in them.
