RAHIM & CO INTERNATIONAL EVALUATES THE MALAYSIAN PROPERTY MARKET AND THE PROSPECTS OF 2020

In our continuous effort to keep the public informed, Rahim & Co International has produced an annual publication entitled 'Property Market Review 2019/2020'. The publication studies and analyses the residential, retail, office, hotel and industrial sectors covering the whole of Malaysia. There will be a press conference covering matters pertaining to the Malaysian property market and the prospects for this year.
During the session, our Executive Chairman - YBhg Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman, Director of Valuation Services - Sr Chee Kok Thim, CEO of Estate Agency - Mr Siva Shanker, Director of Petaling Jaya Office - Sr Choy Yue Kwong and Director of Research - Sr Sulaiman Saheh, will share their thoughts on how the property market performed in 2019 as the government reaffirmed some of the key projects that were previously reviewed alongside the running of Home Ownership Campaign (HOC). Updates will also be given on the latest statistics of property overhang numbers which continues to be a major market concern.
