BEREEV AND NIRVANA MEMORIAL PARK'S PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT, THE INTRODUCTION OF A DEATH PREPARATION APP

Nirvana Memorial Park has been the market leader in the Southeast Asian bereavement space for decades now. In the past, the only time someone would purchase a burial plot or a funeral service package is when someone in the family has passed on. But over the past decade, Nirvana has completely changed consumer behaviour by encouraging Malaysians to plan ahead. Today, over 90% of their customers are still alive.
The company is embarking on a similar journey to once again shake up the death space, this time with the help of technology and innovation. More specifically, with the help of Bereev; Asia’s 1st Death Preparation App built right here in Malaysia, who is also a recipient of Malaysia’s early stage tech startup influencer - Cradle Fund’s funding programme.
Bereev helps users create a plan which will guide their loved ones when they're no longer around, by combining the different elements of death preparation into one secure platform while making it easy to share your plan with the people you trust.
With this partnership, the said companies will be joining forces to combine both the 'hardware' and 'software' of death preparation in a single experience in the hopes to radically change the way people think about and deal with their mortality.
