Professor Elizabeth Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Sunway Education Group, will be delivering the keynote address at Perdana Leadership Foundation's Perdana Discourse Series 22: “Envisioning Malaysia's Future Employment: Trends vs Skills. The Discourse will focus on issues related to graduate employment, including trends that are impacting employment and the future skills that will be in demand.
A panel session will be held after the keynote address to further elaborate on the theme, and will feature the following panellists: Dato' Ahmad Nadzarudin bin Abdul Razak, Honorary Treasurer, Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF), Dr. Soo Wincci, Associate Professor, Conservatory of Music, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Puan Noraliza Mohamad Ali, Senior Deputy Executive Director, Malaysian Bureau of Labour Statistics, Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM), and Ms See Wai Hun, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Juristech.

Perdana Discourse Series is a half-day event where a prominent presenter will speak on a pre-determined topic addressing its definition and identifying issues, policies, and strategies. Discussions and issues arising from the discourse will be documented and published in monograph form. The Discourse has previously dissected topics such as National Unity, Social Re-engineering, Political Stability, Economic Development, Affirmative Action, International Relations, Education, and Leadership.
