Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) cordially invites members of the media to
Launching of Race for Cover - Flag Off Ceremony
Race for Cover is the Takaful industry's concerted efforts for friendly and healthy competition among members with the aim to create publicity and activities to promote awareness about Takaful among Malaysians.
With the objective to increase Takaful awareness among Malaysian and to increase the Family Takaful and General Takaful rates indirectly this initiative reduces the protection gap. In line with BNM's Financial Sector Blueprint 2026 key outcomes to doubling of the number of individuals subscribed to micro takaful and give a diverse choice for customers, including 'digital first' solutions.
Thus, to commemorate the launch of this campaign, the official launching will be held as below:

Time: 7.30 am - 2.00 pm
Venue: Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club
Programme
7.30 am – Registration of Bikers
7.40 am – Doa Recitation
7.45 am – Welcoming Remark
8.00 am – Safety Briefing by Lead Marshall
8.30 am – Launching Gimmick Race for Cover 3.0 & Photo Op
9.00 am – Flag Off
10.30 am – Motor Convoy gather at Pusat Pengajian Al-Quran Al-Hafidz
12.30 pm – Lunch
02.00 pm – Event End
