After an encouraging performance of property transactions in the first 3 quarters of 2022 that surpassed the pre-pandemic levels in the same period in 2019, the perception of a market recovery has become abuzz. But could the rebound growth be sustained in an environment that continues to be challenging? Also, with such positive performance of the property market, are buyers becoming more confident and are the change in prices seen during the pandemic improving housing affordability?
In an effort to keep the public constantly informed, Rahim & Co International Property Consultants has produced an annual publication entitled 'Property Market Review 2022/2023'. The publication studies and analyses the residential, purpose-built office, retail, hotel and industrial sectors covering the whole of Malaysia.
