ASIA DIGITAL ENGINEERING EMBARKS ON THE NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH WITH A SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT

Since its inception in 2020, Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), the engineering arm and wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital A is set to become the leading powerhouse for regional and global maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business. As the backbone of AirAsia’s group of airlines for over 20 years and leading service provider of MRO expertise and advanced digital solutions to other third-party airlines, ADE will embark on its next phase of growth with a significant investment partnership with an established investment firm, OCP Asia Ltd.
The signing ceremony will be attended by esteemed guests, including YB Senator Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Malaysia, Tony Fernandes, CEO of Capital A, and Mahesh Kumar, CEO of ADE.
