INVITATION: GRAND LAUNCH OF LONGI'S RM1.8B SERENDAH PLANT - CHINA'S LARGEST LISTED SOLAR PANEL MANUFACTURER

Members of the media are cordially invited to cover the Official Launch and Grand Opening of the LONGi Malaysia Serendah Module Plant.
International Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz and Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change of Malaysia YB Tuan Nik Nazmi Bin Nik Ahmad will be officiating and witness this momentous ceremony.
Founded in 2000, LONGi is China's largest listed solar panel manufacturer. In FY2022, the company registered a net profit of 14.8 billion RMB (equivalent to RM9.6 billion), on a revenue of 130 billion RMB (equivalent to RM84 billion). This company ranks 177th on the Fortune China 500 list in 2023, and covers more than 150 countries and regions, with established manufacturing facilities based in China, Vietnam and Malaysia.
LONGi specializes in the production of photovoltaic products, with a particular focus on manufacturing monocrystalline silicon wafers. This has made it the world's largest manufacturer of monocrystalline silicon wafers, further solidifying its position in the solar industry.
During the press conference held after the launching ceremony, the management would like to share with you the details of the production facilities, business strategies and earnings prospects going forward for the Company.
