PUTRAJAYA, Feb 8 (Bernama) -- Malaysia condemns the launch of a long-range rocket by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 7 February 2016. Malaysia deeply regrets that DPRK has continued with its missile programme. These are flagrant violations of the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions.
 
In the interest of international peace and security, Malaysia urges the DPRK to immediately halt such programme and comply fully with the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions.
