PUTRAJAYA, April 29 (Bernama) -- On 28 April 2016, the Consulate General of Malaysia, Ho Chi Minh City was informed by the External Relations Department, Ho Chi Minh City about the death of a Malaysian man in Ho Chi Minh City.
  
The deceased – Mohd Azhar bin Abdull Wahab, 33 – was found dead in his hotel room in Ho Chi Minh City.  The cause of death is still being investigated by Ho Chi Minh City police.
 
Upon receiving the information, the Consulate General promptly contacted the family of the deceased and conveyed the sad news.
 
Consulate General officers are communicating with the family of the deceased to render assistance and support.
 
The Ministry wishes to extend our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
