This year, Xylem President and CEO Patrick Decker will participate in the opening session at the Water Leaders Summit, the pillar event at SIWW, at which government officials, world organizations, and industry leaders convene with the common goal of addressing global water challenges through policymaking and thought leadership. The session, “Beyond Business-as-Usual: Enhancing Collaboration for Resilient and Sustainable Urban Water Management,” which takes place on Sunday July 10 from 2:30 p.m. – 4.45 p.m., will explore how business and industry leaders can work together more effectively and overcome water challenges faced by cities worldwide.
On Tuesday July 12 from 2:00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m., Xylem Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, Jay Iyengar will moderate a Smart Water Forum that will examine technologies that define “smart water technologies.” The session will feature case studies that showcase technologies that drive greater efficiency in water resource management.
In addition, on July 13 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Xylem Regional Marketing Director in Greater Asia, Robin Wong, will co-chair a session on ‘AOP & Disinfection,’ under the Water Convention theme of ‘Delivering Water from Source to Tap.’
