PETALING JAYA, Aug 22 (Bernama) --
Estate123.com is proud to launch the Bahasa Melayu (BM) language update for its Android mobile app, along with the Bahasa Melayu language option for its property website.
Malay is the national language of Malaysia, and is used nationwide as the main communication language, followed by English. Estate123.com realised there was a need for a property listing portal that catered to local users and communities by offering the option to browse in their preferred language, be it English or Malay. Therefore, the Estate123.com website and mobile app in Bahasa Melayu was launched.
Visitors to Estate123.com can browse the site in English or BM by choosing their preferred language at the top right corner of the webpage. The language options not only provide local visitors a user-friendly property search and posting experience, it also allows Estate123.com to better understand the needs of users and improve its various features.
In addition, the two language options enable Estate123.com to reach out and appeal to a wider audience within Malaysia, especially the Malay-speaking community. This will allow Estate123.com to expand its services to real estate negotiators and agencies that utilise BM in their real estate business and property listings, thus bridging the gap between agents and their potential clients via a shared platform. The national language is an effective tool to bring Malaysia’s multiracial society together, enhance patriotism and strengthen the
muhibbah spirit.
The update was also released for the
Estate123 Android App, which added the function of browsing the mobile app in Bahasa Melayu. Smartphones with the device language set to Bahasa Melayu would automatically have the app displayed in BM, making it more user-friendly and convenient for those who prefer browsing in their default language. All features and functions remain the same in both the English and BM versions, which include:
