SHAH ALAM , Sept 26 (Bernama) --  Doctor2U today announced the release of a new Live Chat feature that allows customers to chat with a doctor for free. Customers can now use the Doctor2U app to consult an experienced doctor regarding any medical inquiries. There is also an option to take photos or upload images to help the doctor better understand the customer’s condition or inquiry. The service is available from 7am - 10:30pm, 7 days a week.

“We are very excited about the new Live Chat feature. We want to give our customers a complete healthcare experience, and we believe that this feature is an important step in that direction. By making Live Chat completely free, we are also increasing the accessibility of Doctor2U as a resource for anyone in need of a doctor consultation,” said Keegan Flynn, co-founder and chief financial officer. “We look forward to releasing more innovative features like this to improve the convenience and quality of care for our customers.”

Live Chat gives customers a simple and free screening process to determine the severity of their condition. If the condition is serious, the customer can use the Doctor2U app to request a home visit with the push of a button.
