In the Medium-Term Business Plan formulated in May 2015, BOOKOFF aimed ’Maximizing Purchases’ as basic policy. So, we have sought possibilities of business in Southeast Asia as one of measures of Exit Strategy.
On the one hand ‘Jalan Jalan Japan’ is a measure of Exit Strategy for BOOKOFF to purchase much more in Japan, on the other hand we expect it to make much sales from current market setting in Malaysia.
First, we will cultivate human resources through expanding many stores all over Malaysia. Next, we will expand other countries a few years later.
