KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 14 (Bernama) --  Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd, the national sewage services company has obtained International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 10002:2014 certification in October 2016.

By meeting the extensive criteria for these standards, the company affirms its ability to develop the documentation (policy, procedures and customer charter) and implementation of customer satisfaction guidelines for handling customer billing complaints in accordance to the ISO standards.

ISO 10002:2014 provides guidance on the process of handling complaints related to product within an organization including planning, operation, maintenance and improvement. Hence the organization will be able to meet the standards and ensure the delivery of customer satisfaction.

In handling complaints from customers, IWK committedly focuses on Customers, Integrity, Professionalism, Confidentiality and Respect. IWK is proud to be the first company to achieve the ISO 10002:2014 certification in Malaysia.
