SERDANG, June 8 (Bernama) -- Putra Business School (PBS) launched its professional MBA in Human Potential Management with Certified Advanced Human Resource Manager Program in February 2017. This professional program is a partnership program with Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and it is the first of its kind making PBS the first private institution of higher learning (IPTS) in the country to embark on this innovative collaboration initiative with the industry in particular with a professional body. Applications are now open for the July 2017 intake with the closing date on 30 June 2017 for local applicants. Applicants can also apply for the September 2017 intake with the closing date on 18 August 2017 for local applicants and 30 June 2017 for international applicants.
 
This professional MBA program will certainly value add the qualification offered by PBS to its graduates specializing in Human Resource in giving them the competitive edge and higher marketability not only in the country but also around the region. Upon completion, graduates will receive two certificates - their MBA and the Certified Advanced Human Resource Manager. This modular-based program caters for the needs of top managers, focusing on human potential management and leadership skills. The collaboration with MIHRM is essential and timely to achieve PBS’s objective of nurturing human leaders. PBS aims to nurture future leaders that practice the human governance values and principles.
  
PBS is one of the elite business schools in the region that receives the respected Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation. The other professional MBA programs offered by PBS include MBA in Marketing (in collaboration with Institute of Marketing Malaysia), MBA in Accounting, Specialized Master of Science and Specialized Doctor of Philosophy programs. All programs are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and approved by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
