Constructing “ I’m Fine Condominium” in Bangkok, Thai
 
BANGNA, Bangkok, Thailand, Aug 14 (Bernama) -- Bina Puri Holdings Bhd through it’s unit, Bina Puri Holdings (Thailand) Co Ltd clinched a THB250,597,369 (equivalent to RM 35.03 million) contract to construct the planned “I’m Fine Condominium”, a unique development concept at Bangna-Trad Road, Bangkok, Thailand.

The agreement was signed between Bina Puri Holdings (Thailand) Ltd and WNC Construction Co. Ltd. Joint Venture with the developer, Fine 22 Properties Company Limited and Ya Thai Chemical Co. Ltd. Joint Venture.

Comes with unique and catchy development titles, it impressed potential buyers to views the show gallery here at Bang-na Trad Soi 40. Located within a walking distance to Central Department Store, Big C and Thainakarin Hospital “I’m Fine Condominium” comprises of 393 fully-furnished units of 2 blocks of 8-Storey condominiums (Block A and B) and construction will be completed within 12 months. 

“I’m Fine Condominium” is just 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, 10 minutes to BTS Skytrain and International School and 1 (one) hour drive to Pattaya, Chonburi. Other amenities includes, club house, swimming pool, green garden, CCTV and 24 hours security, gym and fitness centre and others.

Bina Puri Holdings (Thailand) Ltd, (BP Thai), a company incorporated in Thailand and is a members of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. The said project is expected to contribute positively to the net assets and earnings of Bina Puri Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 from the contract income in respect of progress payment received.
