KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 (Bernama) -- SalesCandy International Sdn Bhd (SalesCandy®) is pleased to announce that it has formed a collaboration agreement with its local partner, the Thailand-based Regional Corporate Innovation Accelerator (better known as RISE) on January 2019, which officially marked the company’s first foray into the market.
Established in 2017, SalesCandy is a multi-award winning tech startup in Malaysia that offers applications that help sales teams increase sales productivity across various consumer facing industries - namely real estate, private education, banking & insurance, automotive, and health & wellness.
Its flagship product SalesCandy app is an Uber-kind mobile based Lead Management System that enables salespeople to respond in less than five minutes to any enquiry submitted through multiple traditional and digital channels, hence increases the sales conversion rate. Traditionally, the said process requires two to seven days to complete, causing huge losses in sales opportunities for businesses. SalesCandy guarantees a 15% increase in sales closing rate within 60 days of the implementation of the app - the client would receive a refund if the results were otherwise.
As part of the partnership, RISE will represent SalesCandy to introduce and sell its solutions in the Thai market.
