The educational seminar was part of the Palm Oil and Rubber Economic and Investment Mission to India from 29 July to 2 August 2019. Among the attendees were His Excellency Dato’ Hidayat Abdul Hamid, High Commissioner of Malaysia in New Delhi, and healthcare workers including doctors and nurses from nursing colleges, clinics and hospitals around New Delhi. Four experts from India and Malaysia presented papers during the seminar.
