The film follows the intertwining narratives of young Filipino lovers, each making their living in the grunge, grit, and grind of cosmopolitan Hong Kong: Joy, a spirited domestic helper who considers Hong Kong as a layover to another place where she can finally make it big and Ethan, a charismatic, playboy bartender who is building a permanent life in Hong Kong. A chance encounter between the two blossoms into an unlikely relationship where the two find solace in each other's company, as they navigate through the complications of life as overseas workers.

Produced by ABS-CBN Films and directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, Hello, Love, Goodbye is currently one of the highest grossing Filipino films this year, enjoying local and international box office success. Kathryn Bernardo, who plays Joy, is undoubtedly one of Philippine cinema's most beautifully talented actresses.
