VAP Mentorship Program tol develop and guide talents further 

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 (Bernama) -- MyCreative Ventures Sdn Bhd (MyCreative) has released its calls for submissions for Visual Arts Pitch (VAP) 4, its annual visual arts competition. VAP is among the initiatives by MyCreative to provide opportunities to the visual arts community as well as a platform for industry experts to discover fresh talents.

VAP 4 is a visual arts competition open to all Malaysians aged 18-30. Contestants may submit more than one artwork for the competition in the form of paintings, drawings, sculptures or even photography as long as it is the original non-commissioned artwork by the contestants themselves. The competition awards a total of RM15,000 in cash prizes to the top three winners to further their pursuit of the arts. Additionally, it also offers the shortlisted contestants with a chance to get their artworks showcased in an art gallery setting. 

This year, the winners will also have the chance to develop their talents via the VAP mentorship program which lead up to the opportunity to be in the running to be featured in a prominent visual arts exhibit set to take place in 2020.

Interested applicants must submit their applications by 30 November 2019.
