KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 5 (Bernama) -- PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) yesterday marked Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Motorsport’s sixth consecutive FIA Formula One™ World Constructors’ Championship with the launch of a new and improved MyMesra website by driver Valtteri Bottas.
 
The website launch took place at the sidelines of a meet and greet session with Valtteri that was organised exclusively for customers at the PETRONAS Station in Jalan Kolam Ayer here today.
 
Speaking at the event, PDB’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed M Tahir said, “In our pursuit for excellence, we have revamped our website to give customers a seamless and frictionless experience across all platforms. Ultimately, the new website is a reflection of our growth and passion for progress.”
 
The revamped MyMesra website features enhanced interactivity and user experience, as well as increased rich and engaging media content.  Powered by the latest technology, the website hosts an Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot, MeVa (Mesra Virtual Agent) to create an engaging experience with customers. It also has a dedicated page for fans to learn more about the sixth consecutive FIA Formula One™ World Constructors’ Championship.
 
“On this note, we are pleased to end the year with another win from our Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Motorsport champions. This clearly shows the team’s commitment towards excellence, something that we at PDB truly relate to,” added Dato’ Sri Syed Zainal.
 
At the meet and greet session, customers were treated to a sneak peek of the forthcoming brand new t-shirt design inspired by the sixth consecutive F1 win. The merchandise, retailing at RM25, is expected to hit all Mesra stores nationwide by 1 January 2020.
