KUALA LUMPUR, March 24 (Bernama) -- Agrobank is temporarily closing 24 branches and 30 kiosks nationwide, amid the ongoing spread of COVID-19.
This measure will enable the Bank to better protect its customers and employees while ensuring satisfactory access to its banking service.
All other 118 branches and kiosks will remain operational and continue to serve customers with shortened service hours from 9.30am to 3.00pm throughout the Movement Restriction Order (MRO) period as a precautionary measure against the spread of COVID-19.
Apart from the over the counter service hours, the daily operating hours for all Self-Service Terminals (SST) including ATMs and CDMs will be restricted from 7am to 10pm during the MRO period.
Agrobank is also encourage its customers to fully utilise its internet banking facilities for both AGRONet and AGRONetBIZ and also mobile application, AGRONet Mobile.
