KUALA LUMPUR, June 11 (Bernama) -- Fuhla has launched a new program titled ‘Fuhla Scam and Fraud Protection’ by giving out free scam and fraud consultancy coverage to Malaysians as a measure to fight this prevalent and rising issue.
 
As scammers have become increasingly active especially during this MCO period, Fuhla wishes to raise public awareness by helping the Malaysian community understand issues relating to different forms of scams and fraud.
 
“Malaysians are performing more transactions online, especially during this MCO period, and we would like to provide a safer and more secured place for them to do so”, explained CEO, Jazz Tan.
 
Fuhla wishes to ease the concerns of many Malaysians by providing guidance on the steps they can take if they have fallen victim to this rising issue in the country through their Fuhla Scam and Fraud Protection program.
 
Jazz Tan further explains, “We noticed that many Malaysians, when scammed or faced with fraud, are not sure how to proceed in solving these issues, and thus, we want to be the platform for those in need of advice and help regarding this matter.”
 
Fuhla understands that anybody can fall victim to this problem, therefore the Fuhla Scam and Fraud Protection program provides a variety of coverage for both individuals as well as business users.
 
Coverage for individuals includes cases relating to online fraud, credit card fraud, breach of personal data protection (PDPA), multi-level marketing (MLM) scams and loss of deposits, whereas coverage for business users encompasses issues relating to trademark scams, data breach, customer scams, legal agreements and blackmailing.
