Providing a Flexible Connection Environment in Japan's New Traffic Hub
TOKYO, Aug 12 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) -- AT TOKYO Corporation (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Akira Nakamura; hereinafter referred to as “AT TOKYO”) will establish AT TOKYO Kyushu Center #1 (hereinafter referred to as “QC1”) in Fukuoka, Kyushu. The opening of the new center in Fukuoka following its Tokyo and Osaka centers will promote digitalization and data traffic decentralization in Japan’s regional areas.
The center will begin operations in November, 2021.
QC1 will reside within QTnet’s Fukuoka Data Center 3 (QD3, Fukuoka-city, Fukuoka; hereinafter referred to as “QD3”) operated by QTnet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-city, Fukuoka, President: Kazuto Iwasaki; hereinafter referred to as “QTnet”).
Managed by the data center operator of Kyushu Electric Power Group, QD3 achieves a high level of customer satisfaction with its superior facilities, support systems, and prime location.
AT TOKYO’s QC1, located in Fukuoka, a core business district of Kyushu, is a long-awaited data traffic hub in Kyushu and Western Japan, and will create valuable business environment for telecommunications, cloud service providers, and its customers in the region.
In conjunction with Tokyo and Osaka centers that are already well used by a range of domestic and overseas customers, QC1 will become a platform for domestic and global business expansion.
