Selangor Aviation Show planned for 25 - 27 November 2021 at Skypark RAC, Subang 

SUBANG, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Invest Selangor Berhad is pleased to announce that the Selangor Aviation Show (SAS 2021), a dedicated Business and General Aviation expo, will be held from Thursday, November 25 to Saturday, November 27, at the SkyPark Regional Aviation Centre, Subang Selangor.
 
Hosted by the Selangor State Government, organised by Invest Selangor, supported by MATRADE and its strategic partner Ministry of International Trade and Industry and National Aerospace Industry Coordinating Office (NAICO), the event will be the networking event for the Aerospace industry players especially to the Business and General Aviation players to re-energise their business in the region.
 
SAS 2021 is also delighted to announce the event’s two Gold Sponsors - Systematic Aviation Services Sdn Bhd and Embraer SA, the Silver Sponsor - ATS Turbine Services Sdn Bhd and the Bronze Sponsor - AERODYNE Group.
 
This inaugural event will bring together 43 exhibitors representing the world’s best of aerospace and aviation industries, displaying their exhibits either on the tarmac or in the exhibition booth at the venue. Among them are,
 
a) EMBRAER - Brazil
b) Dassault Aviation - France
c) ATS Turbine - US
d) Swiss Aviation- Switzerland
e) Turkish Aerospace Industries – Turkey
 
SAS 2021 is also targeting to draw at least 5,000 visitors. Among the programs planned during SAS 2021 will be the industry forums, presentations, networking activities and a dedicated education session for aviation tertiary students on the third day of the show.

Themed “Selangor, the ASEAN Business & General Aviation Hub”, SAS 2021 is designed as another forward-thinking initiative by the state for all relevant stakeholders to network, dialogue, share knowledge and offerings poised to revitalise the affected industry in the post-Covid-19 environment.
 
Y.A.B. Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Chief Minister of Selangor, encouraged the Business and General Aviation industry to work together with the Selangor state government and support SAS 2021. “Put aside the uncertainties and pessimisms and take the opportunity that SAS 2021 presents as a ‘reset button’ for the industry as we start to emerge from the pandemic,” he added.
 
Interested trade visitors may plan their visits to SAS 2021 for the three days whereas the public and students are encouraged to visit on the third day of the show.  Visitors need to plan their visit by registering and selecting their day of visit at https://selangoraviationshow.com.
