As part of its ambition to foster a truly progressive workplace with sustainable gender balance at all roles and levels, AXA has demonstrated its strong commitment towards women’s empowerment in the workplace. Through the launch of WoMen@AXA and its flagship 16-week Women Leadership Programme, AXA hopes to accelerate the career growth and leadership development of its women employees via active dialogues, coaching and mentoring.
To reinvent employee experience and increase engagement, AXA has conducted Pulse surveys periodically to gauge insights and understand the diverse needs of its People.
