KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 (Bernama) -- XOX and ONEXOX officially launched X-Bike and X-Truck, the latest addition to the company's customer service wing, which are mobilised throughout the country as XOX and ONEXOX pledged their commitment towards providing inclusive connectivity and telecommunication services to various customer segments in the nation. The unveiling of X-Truck took place at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh in conjunction with the Karnival Anak Muda (KAMU) from 15 to 17 September 2023.
 
Mr Ng Kok Heng, Group Chief Executive Officer of XOX highlighted that the X-Bike and X-Truck will serve to simplify and uplift the burden of the people in obtaining telecommunication line and internet data services at an affordable rate within their reach. "Customers who especially live in remote areas with limited access to the nearby city or unable to walk in into our outlets will now have a better service option to get their telco and data needs without leaving their house," said Mr Ng Kok Heng.
 
"We believe in providing 360 degrees customer service and convenience to customers, regardless of their location. With the availability of X-Bike and X-Truck now, our main mission is to ensure that no one is left out in getting essential needs, such as mobile line and internet data. Technology and telco services should be made easily available and accessible to everyone," Mr Ng Kok Heng added further.
 
Mr Ng Kok Heng also mentioned that the group's products are among the competitive ones in the market with unlimited data and call for both prepaid and postpaid plan, which give customers more value for their money in return. "Based on the continuous enhancements that we have implemented on our products, we anticipate a surge in market demand. X-Bike is poised to effortlessly fulfil this increased need," Mr Ng Kok Heng continued.
 
X-Bike is the first service of its kind in Malaysia for telecommunication company that provides services to reach customers at their doorstep. By using X-Bike, the assigned XOX dealer will deliver the customer's order request to their respective locations.
 
Meanwhile, X-Truck is a moving retail outlet in the market that will be heavily utilised for roadshows and events across the country, which also serves as a moving brand signage for promotional tours. Besides getting request delivered at home or preferred location, customers may also opt to reach out to any XOX dealers at specific roadshow or event that is nearby to them.
 
Currently, 50 units of X-Bike and 5 units of X-Truck are readily available to roam around and provide their services covering all states in Peninsular Malaysia.
