KUALA LUMPUR, March 13 (Bernama) -- The LINC KL recently received an award at the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2023, clinching the top spot in the Purpose-Built Category at the Gala Dinner held at One World Hotel last Saturday (9 March).

The award's recognition underscores The LINC KL's unwavering commitment to creating spaces that harmonise with nature while enriching the community. This accolade is PPB Properties' first FIABCI Malaysia Property Award, as the developer and project manager of The LINC KL.

In light of this achievement, the management of The LINC KL expressed its gratitude to the FIABCI Property Awards committee. This recognition reaffirms our dedication to redefining the urban retail project standards by defying convention in curating retail spaces.

Designed as a green oasis in the heart of the city, its obligation towards preserving the flora and fauna is evident in every aspect of the mall's architectural design and operations. Notably, the development is built around seven majestic pre-existing trees, showcasing a harmonious integration of nature within urban infrastructure.

The project's innovative use of raw materials creates structures that allow it to stand out amongst the surrounding skyscrapers while being conscious of the environment. The artisanal retail space serves as a platform for homegrown entrepreneurs, providing a space for local brands to thrive.
