KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 (Bernama) --  Breaking new grounds in East Malaysia, Generali Malaysia proudly unveils its first integrated branch in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak.
 
As Generali's first model branch in Kuching, the branch offers an integrated insurance experience aimed at enhancing customer service. It provides a comprehensive range of General and Life Insurance services, covering medical and health, savings and life protection, motor and home, travel, and personal accident, as well as business and commercial insurance, all conveniently available under one roof.
 
The opening ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of YB Datuk Amar Professor Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government alongside Fabrice Benard, Chief Executive Officer of Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad and Country Head for Generali Entities in Malaysia, Rebecca Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Generali Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, Jeremy Yeap, Chief Distribution Officer of Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad, agents, partners, and customers.

The new Kuching branch houses a customer service area on the ground floor with several functional private discussion rooms, training rooms, and office spaces. Customers and partners are welcome to walk in for over-the-counter services or engage in conversations privately with their dedicated Generali employees in a collaborative setting.
