SERDANG, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- Putra Business School (PBS) and The International Supply Chain Education Alliance (Malaysia) (ISCEA MY) has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to enhance the value of the MBA (International Business) programme at a ceremony held today. The agreement aims empower PBS MBA graduands by providing them with additional recognition as a Certified Sustainable Supply Chain Professional (CSSCP), aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As sustainability becomes a crucial agenda in today’s business environment, this collaboration will provide students with the knowledge and tools to implement sustainable practices across the supply chain.
It was signed between PBS President & Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Dr. Azmawani Abd Rahman, and ISCEA MY President and ISCEA Global Board Member, Prof. Dr. Premkumar Rajagopal.
Through this MoA, PBS MBA students will have the opportunity to pursue a professional certification from ISCEA at a special, discounted rate. According to Prof. Dr. Azmawani, “This will enable our students to gain industry-relevant credentials at a more affordable price, further strengthening their competitive edge in the job market.”
“Consistent to our strategic plan to enhance student excellence via enriching curriculum content with industry engagement, we are delighted to explore potential avenues with ISCEA MY.” She added.
PBS MBA (International Business) programme graduands will now be eligible to receive up to three certificates upon their convocation.
