The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia will spearhead the organisation of the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits under Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2025.

In conjunction with the ASEAN Summit, two major high-level meetings 2nd ASEAN–Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit and ASEAN–GCC–China Summit will also take place.

These GCC-related summits are set to be key highlights, poised to forge a dynamic trilateral alliance and unlock vast opportunities for multilateral cooperation across strategic sectors.

We are pleased to announce that media registration is now open for the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits to be held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur from 26 - 27 May 2025.

Tuesday 27 May 2025

• ASEAN - GCC - China Summit 

Registration Requirements:

To complete the registration process, media representatives must provide:

•    A valid press card.

•   A letter of assignment endorsed by the respective media agency or Official Media of ASEAN Member States (OM AMS)

Members of the media can register online starting from today, Tuesday 22 April 2025.

The last day for registration will be on 18 May 2025 (Friday) .
