Dear Esteemed Members of the Media,

The 47^TH ASEAN Summit and Related Summits will take place from 26 to 28 October 2025 in Malaysia, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in the capital city.
  
Bringing together Heads of State and Government from ASEAN Member States, as well as dialogue partners, the Summit will serve as a key platform to deliberate on regional integration as well as political-security, economic, and socio-cultural cooperation.
 
The Related Summits, which include ASEAN’s engagements with its dialogue partners, will seek to further strengthen ASEAN’s external relations and promote collective efforts in addressing regional and global challenges.
 
We are pleased to announce that media registration for accreditation is now open for coverage of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
 
Media Registration Details

· Opens: 25 September 2025, 5.00 pm (Malaysia Time)

· Closes: 15 October 2025, 5.00 pm (Malaysia Time)

Required Documents

Please ensure the following documents are submitted to complete your registration:

a) An updated profile and recent passport-sized photograph.

b) A valid press card.

c) A letter of assignment endorsed by the respective media agency or Official Media of ASEAN Member States (OM AMS).
